ZwyerCaviar is the essence of a unique bond between two families tied together by the same passion. Eco responsible farm raised caviar has finally become an excellent alternative to the caviar caught in the wild. After decades of research and development caviar from Uruguay is noted for its gastronomic excellence, equal only to the best caviar from the Caspian Sea. In contrast to standard farmed caviar and in analogy to the wild, our sturgeons live 2-3 sexual maturity cycles before the roe is harvested. Thanks to constant improvement in farming procedures and sheer unlimited amounts of pure fresh water our sturgeons can grow in a healthy and controlled environment, without the use of any chemical or pharmaceutical additives or hormones. |
